Fruit Parfait 4 Ways

Fruit parfait is such a yummy + easy think to make!! I am constantly on the go, so I’m always trying to create fast + easy (yet delicious) recipes!! Here are four of my favorite fruit parfait recipes that I’m so excited to be sharing with y’all.

*I always put my parfait in a mason jar because I love seeing the different layers + because mason jars are just so cute!!

You’ll notice with these recipes that there aren’t exact measurements for each ingredient! I did this on purpose because while I was making these I honestly just eyeballed it. Truthfully I think with parfait recipes it really depends on how much you want of each ingredient!! So here are the recipes I created + I really hope y’all enjoy them!!

#1 Smashed Raspberry Parfait

Ingredients:

    • Raspberries
    • Plain Greek Yogurt
    • Granola (use your fave!!)
    • Honey
    • Almond Butter

Step 1: First, pour the raspberries into the mason jar + smash them. (I use a spoon!)

Step 2: After the raspberries are completely smashed, scoop the plain greek yogurt into the jar.

Step 3: Next, sprinkle over the granola of your choice. (I usually just eyeball the amount, it just depends on what you want)

Step 4: Drizzle honey over the top. (again, I just eyeball this too, I LOVE honey so I like to use a good amount!!)

Step 5: Top off the parfait with one (generous) spoonful of almond butter.

Super easy + SO delicious!!

#2 Strawberry + Blueberry Parfait

Ingredients:

    • Strawberries
    • Blueberries
    • Plain Greek Yogurt
    • Granola
    • Honey

Step 1: Cut strawberries into small square-like pieces.

Step 2: Scoop the plain greek yogurt into the mason jar.

Step 3: Next, add a layer of blueberries.

Step 4: After the blueberries are added, scoop another layer of plain yogurt into the jar.

Step 5:  Pour over your favorite granola (as much or as little as you want).

Step 6: Drizzle over some honey + then cut up some strawberries to sprinkle over the top with some blueberries.

This is so simply yet so so easy!!

#3 Banana Parfait

Ingredients:

    • Bananas
    • Plain Greek Yogurt
    • Granola
    • Almond Butter

Step 1: First, slice one whole banana.

Step 2: At the bottom of the mason jar, put one layer of sliced bananas.

Step 3: Next, scoop some plain greek yogurt over the sliced bananas.

Step 4: Add another layer of sliced bananas.

Step 5: Pour over some granola on top of the sliced bananas.

Step 6: Then, add another layer of plain greek yogurt.

Step 7: Pour over some granola + then place the rest of the sliced bananas on top.

Step 8: Lastly, top off this yummy parfait with one spoonful of almond butter!!

This yummy parfait will have y’all going BANANAS!!!

#4 Raspberry + Chia Superfood Parfait

Ingredients:

    • Chia Pudding (blender needed)
      • Chia Seeds (1/3 cup)
      • Almond Milk (1 + 1/2 cups)
      • Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)
      • Pitted Dates (2)
    • Raspberries
    • Granola
    • Fresh Fruit (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi – entirely up to you)

*NOTE* The chia pudding recipe above serves four (when I made this parfait I just saved the remaining chia pudding in the fridge for another yummy treat!!)

Chia Pudding Instructions:

Step 1: Add almond milk, vanilla extract, + the dates to the blender + blend on medium until smooth.

Step 2: Next, transfer the mixture into a small bowl. Add chia seeds to the bowl + stir constantly for 3 minutes.

Step 3: Put mixture in refrigerator and let stand for at least 4 hours or overnight to let gel.

Parfait Instructions:

Step 1: Pour the raspberries into the mason jar + smash them until completely smashed.

Step 2: Then, put the chia pudding into the jar.

Step 3: Next, sprinkle over the granola of your choice. (I usually just eyeball the amount, it just depends on what you want)

Step 4: Lastly, Cut up some fresh food of your choosing + sprinkle them on top of the parfait.
